Hi. My name is Jennifer and I’m a master stylist with over 20 years experience in the Northern Virginia area. Creative, versatile, and passionate about my craft, I pride myself in continuing education, communication and listening to my clients needs and visions. I currently carry Wella color and Olaplex. Also specializing in keratin complex smoothing system. All new clients for any chemical treatment must book for a new client consultation first before booking any appointments. Cancellation Policy
The Mane Loft understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount. Clients that are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 90% of the service amount.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for the service scheduled.
